OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-k0000 (594J5AV)

I have Submitted a warranty dispute  few months ago. As my laptop was showing  warranty expired where i bought it new from amazon. & seller was hp official store.

 

It beens more than 6 months i didnt got any reply.

How can i get a reply of that case number : 5127653678  .

So if i anyone could help me find a answer
