Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I have an HP Omen 15 (AMD Ryzen 7, 16GB Ram, RTX3060...) for almost a year, I had to buy this laptop for my studies (Digital Arts & Entertainment).

I had no issues whatsoever up until 1 week ago. I play a few games and produce music with this laptop outside of my school duties.

Whenever I play Valorant, my fps drops from 144 fps to 10-20-30 or some random low framerate, to go back up again. I have the same issue when I play the F1 games. I could run these games perfectly fine, but suddenly I ran into this issue.

I tried everything google told me to try, and it was fine for a brief moment, but after some time I ran into the same issues again leaving me with a useless notebook... I updated my windows, re-installed and updated my drivers etc... and still I have this issue. I checked my CPU and GPU temps and they seem also fine, it's just weird I never had this issue before and now I run into this, and I'm starting to feel hopeless trying to solve it.

Does anyone have the same issue and knows how to solve it?

Thanks a lot
Stephen
