Sudden screen problem

My son was playing a game today, and his laptop suddenly began displaying vertical rainbow lines and a few other weird screen designs. It would flash and then go black, and then come back on. Shut it down, restarted it, and it’s still there. When we first turn it on, it comes up with a black screen saying the CMU isn’t valid, and then goes to the rainbow screen. It’s an Omen, we just got it in January 2023. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
