Sunken Touch pad

I would like to ask if some of you has Pavillion 15? Does the left side of touchpad is really sunken? I just bought this last month and I just notice this 2 days after. I asked the store if it is really sunken they said yes but Im not contented with that. The videos on YouTube seems that the touchpad is flat. Thanks

That is extremely rare and I don't think it is something normal, because statically it should look good and work perfectly, however, I recommend you to contact Hp Philippines support directly so they can provide you with some kind of solution for this case:

To compare, you should at least know your exact reference
Is it an online purchase or in a store?
is there not the same to compare (if computer store)

Give the full name with the product number P / N

this is not a model:

the requested product number must look like this

the model corresponding to this number will therefore be
