Hello

I'm trying to participate in the holiday giveaway run by Omen on Sweepwidget website, but every time I'm trying to enter my details an error messages appears that says "This entry has been flagged by our anti-spam system. (31)".

I checked the details from sweepwidget website and they recommend contacting the giveaway owner to solve this issue.

Thank you.

Hi @DrTak2023,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

  1. Are you entering from a personal computer or a public network (like work/school or a VPN)? Sometimes shared IPs or VPNs trigger anti-spam systems.
  2. Have you tried different browsers or clearing your cache and cookies before submitting the entry?
  3. Are you entering from the same email or device that you’ve used for other giveaways recently? Some systems flag repeated entries.
  4. Does the error appear immediately after submitting, or only after a short delay?

Here are some troubleshooting steps you could try in the meantime:

  • Switch networks: If possible, try entering from a different internet connection (like mobile data) to see if your current IP is being flagged.
  • Clear browser cache/cookies or try incognito mode: Sometimes old cookies or stored data can trigger false flags.
  • Try a different browser or device: Using a different device can help determine if the issue is device-specific.
  • Avoid VPNs or proxies: Some anti-spam systems automatically block entries coming through VPNs or proxy servers.

I hope this helps.
