Swollen Battery

hello, i recently did some upgrades on my omen 15 and ive noticed the battery looks like this(picture) ,although its from the internet its very close in looks.  I ran HP Bat  Check and it came up good with the "All Good" code(A0). The laptop is about 3.5 years old, and its been taken care of very well. Should I do anything or be worried or anything? Should I get a new battery? If so, where? Thanks
