Hello good people. Please help me on my quest to figure out what is the problem with my computer.
I bought it this winter, it has decent configuration but there is one VERY BIG problem, whenever i'm playing games i get this process in task manager System Interrupts (Eating 60%, 50%, 80%, various numbers), THE REAL PROBLEM WITH THIS PROCESS is that EVERYTHING ELSE FREEZES, STUTTERS. I'm losing my mind over this, i've looked on various forums but it's not relevant to my problem. PLEASE!

Hello @cantbefixed123
My opinion, if System Interupts are that high, its most likley a hardware issue. I assume you have already tried updating drivers for the graphics card and such?
I would suggest running the UEFI Diagnostics. Power on the laptop and rapidly tap the F2 key. Run the Extensive Test for the whole system. It will take a few hours so have the AC power cord plugged in. Do not have any peripherals plugged in like an external hard drive.
If there is something wrong, the diag will usually find it. Either way, you will then need to contact HP Support for a warranty issue.

Hey there. Can you please tell me what is that i need to do? What will it do and how will it help me? I have heard that the CPU spikes on "System Interrupts" process that freezes my CPU are maybe heat related? Or i have heard it's a faulty windows installation?
