I just shifted my laptop from a my room to a relatively cooler room(the temperature difference we are talking here is about 5-8 degree Celsius).
but this was after following all the steps recommended by support assistant.
and that works, but i suggest you to go through all the steps mentioned by support assistant like updating windows and cleaning the rear vents.
hope it helps.....

thanks for your rply brother , i will try out those steps.
I want to ask you one more thing that if you are also facing the issue of longer startup times after gaming or heavy tasks for around a hour.
I am facing this issue since i have bought my laptop ( January 2020) .
I have also raised a post regarding this (you can find that by making a search for "ec0026ax" , after trying all the solution provided by the support (which doesn't make a diffrence)
After searching for quiet a while i have found that this issue is caused by the "faststartup" option in windows. I have disabled that option , although after that is have not experienced any issue.
But if you are getting the same issue plz let me know , so that i will be sure that this issue is only with my unit or it is an issue if some driver or bios , windows update. Plz Reply
