Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

In my 2 month old hp Victus laptop. I got the most common issue of system interrupts taking 100% cpu usage. I suspect it's a driver problem with the realtek wifi 6 controller or the amd internal GPU. I have tried updating or rolling back the drivers but the issue still persists. The problem just agrevates itself if i open omen control center or task manager. In safe mode, the issue dissapears entirely. Is there any software to assist me in solving this issue. (This issue came up only today and wasn't there yesterday when I used it)
