Hello, can anyone help with my hp intel core i7 issue? I’m trying to factory reset it but I can’t click on system recovery. Every time I turn it on, it only gives me two options which are Turn off PC and troubleshoot. And when I troubleshoot it, only the system recovery is inaccessible.. help

Some files must be corrupted or un-usable. For original Windows 7 and Windows 10, please use Cloud Recovery tool
