According to: HP Pavilion Gaming 16 Laptop PC - Illustrated parts | HP® Customer Support and: Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com), the part(s) you need is listed on page 43 ("Fans"), with HP part number: L72702-001. The fans in the twin cooling fan assembly appear to be identical, so if you replace one, you may as well replace both of them at the same time. You can get these fans via eBay, for example: HP L72702-001: Search Result | eBay.
