Recently Call of Duty requires TPM 2.0 and SecureBoot enabled. I've done that on my laptop but still gives a warning when starting the game. It turns out that a BIOS update is necessary to be able to have a good TPM version match.
Currently I'm running BIOS version F.24 with TPM version 3.93.0.5 on the laptop. The activision website mentions that certain versions need a Firmware update.
When can we expect this update? I saw a lot of HP users already making topics about this but I haven't found an answer from HP yet that helps people with this. Will HP bring out an update?!!!

Hi @Rinaldo_86-,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand you’re seeing a “TPM version not valid” warning when launching Call of Duty, even after enabling TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. A BIOS/firmware update is often required in these cases. Let’s go through a step that can help check and prepare your system for the correct update.
Disable Antivirus and Run Image Diagnostics
Before updating the BIOS or TPM firmware, it’s important to scan and prepare the system using HP’s diagnostic tool.
Link:
HP Image Diagnostics Tool
Steps:
Note: Temporarily disable your antivirus software before proceeding.
Download the ImageDiags version 4.x or 5.x from the link above.
Extract the downloaded file.
Run the setup file to install the tool.
Follow the on-screen instructions to run the diagnostics.
The process can take 30–40 minutes to complete.
Once the diagnostic is complete, restart your computer.
Running this diagnostic helps ensure that your system is ready for the BIOS/firmware update required for proper TPM support.
I hope this helps.

I guess no answer means HP hasn't prioritized this problem despite getting the information months ago. No information at all from their side while everything points out a BIOS update will fix this.
Can we get information if a BIOS update will be out? And when?!

Hi @Rinaldo_86-,
Thanks for your patience! I understand your frustration, you’ve run the HP Image Diagnostics and enabled TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, but Call of Duty still flags the TPM version as invalid.
Here’s some clarity on the next steps:
HP Image Diagnostics Files
You don’t need to manually upload the files unless HP Support specifically requests them.
Once the diagnostic finishes, you can close the program. The tool mainly checks system health and prepares your laptop for BIOS or firmware updates.
BIOS/TPM Firmware Update
Currently, HP releases BIOS updates model by model. If your laptop’s BIOS version is F.24 and TPM is 3.93.0.5, a firmware update may indeed be required for full TPM 2.0 compatibility.
HP hasn’t publicly announced a release date for this update yet.
Monitor Official HP Resources
Check the HP Support Drivers & Downloads page for your exact laptop model regularly: HP Support – Drivers & Downloads.
BIOS updates appear here first.
I hope this helps.

A firmware update may not be required...it IS required and it's been said in several topics so many times already but still no clear answer on my question. WHEN will the new BIOS update be available. This TPM problem has been mentioned months ago already by several users but no answer at all from HP which is useful.

I don't see any blue icon on my profile. When I click the link it says:
You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
Why does this have to be a private chat while it's very clear what needs to happen?

My device is working fine. All it needs is a BIOS update to ensure i have the correct TPM version to run the game.
All I ask here is IF and WHEN hp takes care of a BIOS update! But probably thats a difficult question to understand!
I have already sent you a private message few days ago but you haven't responded to it.
