HP Recommended

I get "BIOS Update Required" and "Failed Attestation Status" errors. My laptop is an HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec1815no (Product ID: 366K8EA). 

 

My AMD fTPM is locked at Manufacturer Version 3.92.0.5. HP has officially stopped supporting this hardware series. The latest available BIOS is F.35 Rev.A, which leaves the AMD microcode stuck on 3.92.0.5. There is no newer BIOS available from the vendor. 

 

The RICOCHET anti-cheat system flags this legitimate vendor firmware version as non-compliant, locking thousands of players out of the game through no fault of their own. Please whitelist this firmware branch or escalate this to the anti-cheat team.
