Tengo un problema con el centro de control Omen gaming Hub

Hola,

El hp omen gaming Hub me da error,  la aplicación se abre correctamente, pero cuando voy a la opción de OMEN 15 LAPTOP, para poder hacer el control de temperatura, me sale el siguiente error de la captura, antes me aparecían 3 opciones la de datos vitales, Intensificador de red, y la opción que ahorra no me aparece la de Control de rendimiento,  Todas las otras funciones de la izquierda van bien, pero a l'hora de abrir la última opción me sale el error y no aparece la opción que he indicado previamente. 

Esto conlleva que al no poder acceder a las funciones, mi laptop se calienta mucho, a la hora de hacer alguna tarea o edición de videos, necesitó ayuda para resolver este problema.

The hp omen gaming Hub gives me an error, the application opens correctly, but when I go to the OMEN 15 LAPTOP option, to be able to do the temperature control, I get the following error from the capture, before I had 3 options, the vital data option, Network Booster, and the option that saves, the Performance Control option does not appear, All the other functions on the left work well, but when I open the last option I get the error and the option that I previously indicated does not appear.

This means that when I cannot access the functions, my laptop gets very hot, when doing some task or editing videos, I need help to solve this problem.
