Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
When I play World of Warcraft, I have been getting an error message, and sometimes I get a BSOD.
The error message displays the following:
Error #132 (0x85100084) Fatal exception!
Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_retail_\Wow.exe
ProcessID: 10060
ThreadID: 11872
Exception: ACESS_VIOLATION
The instruction at "0x00007fffc04b9eab" referenced memory at "0x0000000000002e68". The memory could not be "read".
Is this an issue with the RAM? I ran diagnostics on my laptop, and I took it in to Geek Squad where they ran diagnostics and found no issues.
