Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I'm using OMEN 15-ek0000 (1A842AV), I have a problem "Undervolting" tab is not working for me it says

The required HP services cannot be found. To resolve this, please click the "Update" button below.
Please note OMEN Gaming Hub will close and your PC will be rebooted during the process.

If this problem persists, please contact us using the feedback button, or contact HP support.

When I click the update button, the driver is installed, the laptop restarts and when I turn on the omen gaming hub, the same notification pops up, please help me solve this problem.

Hi@Maciek99, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

There are many ways to increase Undervolting and system performance:

  • Update the BIOS.

For notebook PCs, go to HP Notebook PCs - Updating the BIOS

  • Update the graphics driver.

  • install the Nvidia experiences.

Go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, enter your PC model, then select the driver for your graphics card.

  • Most games allow you to change the graphics settings. Using a lower graphic quality often improves FPS.

  • Close any applications or programs that are not being used.

  • Turn on Game Mode. Game Mode is a new feature in Windows 10 Creators Update that improves gaming performance by limiting background processes and programs from using system resources while a game is running.
