ThunderBolt 3 Not working

Hello, I'm having an issue with my hp 15. My thunderbolt 3 is not working and I cannot update it. When I use the downloaded driver it will get to extracing and just close. I have tried everything. The port does charge my phone and that is about it. I'm trying to connect my Razer core x. As of so far no luck.

This sounds like a compatibility issue with Razer core x. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
