Hello to everyone who's reading this.
I just bought an HP omen laptop 15-dc0033nl and I was wondering if I was going to be able to charge via TB3.
Since hp includes the functionality there should be no problem in charging it via this port right?
Thank you in advance, I appreciate the help!

To get the answer to this question, the USB-C is a universal charging standard.
Thunderbolt 3 ports can send or receive up to 100 watts of power, which is more than enough to charge most laptops.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
