please, can you help me find out if the omen 15 dc0007nl 2018 release with USB C port and 144hz display has hardware support for the thunderbolt 3 and g sync?.

The short answer is No to both.

It wont have Thunderbolt nor a Gsync enabled panel because its only an i5 cpu and GTX 1050 gpu.
