Hi,
I have issues connecting my Focusrite Clarett via Thunderbolt to my laptop, I have Windows 10 1909 and the firmware 1809, essentially Thunderbolt Control Center doesn't show anything, literally 0 and in System Devices there's no trace of any Thunderbolt controller or driver whatsoever
Thanks in advance for the help

Sorry for jumping in. The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c06063418
It does not have Thunderbolt port, only
- 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge);
- 3 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (1 HP Sleep and Charge);
- 1 HDMI; 1 RJ-45;
- 1 headphone/microphone combo
My machine, also is a 15-dc0xxx series. It does have one Thunderbolt™ 3 port

Where is it ? Is it from the dc0xxx series. Please note dc0xxx series has many different models/products from dc0000aa to dc0999zz.

I did say, driver is for the whole series but not for all machines (It does not mean applicable for all machines). For example on wifi Networks drivers, some machines Realtek, some machine have Intel, noy BOTH.
Can you install Thunderbolt driver on your machine ?
Regards.
