Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

My laptop is  HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec0028AX, I have an HP care pack, my laptop touchpad coating is coming off. HP is refusing to replace it

Cosmetic damages are not covered by warranty, But you can still get it serviced,

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding this issue, they should be able to help. Refer to this User Guide for contact details.
