Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A2AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. I have recently bought HP victus 15 with I5 processor. All the things are working properly except touchpad lag. When I am using the laptop, the touchpad suddenly lags for no reason even if i am using only one application at a time. The touchpad becomes slow and unresponsive and after some time it gets to normal for no reason. However, this issue does not happen with the mouse. What should I do? Whom should I contact?

Hello @Rainbow23 and thanks for the tips

So, after so many checking to know why this touchpad lag or slowing down happening, I found out that this only is happening when the laptop is connected to the charger. It does never happen when it is not plugged in. And I searched some answers on the web that says it maybe because of improper grounded charger or internally ground charger. Right, when I first got my laptop, I got weird that the charger had got 3 metal wires to connect to electricity and in our home, there is no this kinda thing to connect my charger, so I got an adapter to connect my charger to charging point. Can you guys give me any advice whether I did something wrong or any recommendation on how to get proper adapter for my charger?
