My laptop is shutting itself down when I touch it once or twice a day. It is like a fuse suddenly happens when i am entering the passcode to access the laptop , this has only started recently and it happens when it is off the charger, and yes it is fully charged so it is not turning off because there is no battery life.
after it turns off i cant start up the laptop untill atleast a minute passes. \
All of my work gets closed and not saved this has destroyed me mentally , please help with this problem.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is shutting download randomly.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
