OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xd0000 (758R0AV)

Dear HP OMEN Support Team,

I am using an HP OMEN 16-xd0015AX laptop, and I need to disable Virtualization Technology (SVM/AMD-V) on my system.

I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps available to me, including checking the BIOS/UEFI settings and disabling the relevant virtualization-related options in Windows. However, I am still unable to completely disable virtualization on my laptop.

I would appreciate your assistance in determining whether virtualization can be disabled on this particular OMEN model and, if so, providing the exact BIOS settings or procedure required to do so.

My laptop details are:

  • Model: HP OMEN 16-xd0015AX

  • BIOS Version: F.32

  • Processor: AMD

  • Operating System: Windows 11

Please let me know if you require any additional information, screenshots, or diagnostic reports from my laptop.

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,
