My friend, I did all the recommendations you told me days ago, I had a lot of apps and programas to reinstall (I use a lot) and the issue continue.

What about the other guy (Raj1788) that recommend me update the BIOS. I had 2 updates availables and I sent the screenshot before. 

Those updates are compatibles with my HP's model? Which one?

The latest BIOS update available for your PC is version F.16 Rev A released on Apr 2019. When you run HPSA, it detects and installs the right BIOS required for your PC. 

If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for further assistance:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
