The graphics card was working fine and I had to reset PC and when I try to install nvidia graphics card driver, It throws a prompt saying "No Nvidia GPU detected on your system". There is no physical damage to the machine

Hello,

It’s quite concerning when your system doesn’t recognize your Nvidia GPU, especially after a reset where there was no physical damage.

Check device manager > update BIOS and drivers > Use dispaly driver uninstaller > check for hardware issue > enable in BIOS > Windows Updates

I hope this info helpful to you.

Best Regard

Windows Updates: I checked for and installed all pending Windows updates to ensure my system is fully updated.
Unfortunately, I am not able to install Nvidia graphic cards,
