Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a problem with my laptop, it take too long to start, when I turn it on it display the Omen logo and then a screen that says “Wait” and it stays there for a minute, I check the devices that could be having a problem and I saw that there were two unknown devices, when I check the details the code that gives me are these ones:

  • ACPI\HPQ6007\3&11583659&1
  • ACPI\HPIC0004\3&11583659&1

Hope someone could help me, thanks a lot!

Hi:

For the first device, you need this driver...

This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard Software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The HP 3D DriveGuard Software protects the hard drive by parking the heads if the notebook is accidentally dropped, or is abruptly impacted by another object.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp84501-85000/sp84595.exe

For the second device, you need the driver that I have zipped up and attached below.

You will need to manually install the driver as follows...

Download and unzip the file to its folder.  Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager, and click on the ACPI\HPIC0004 device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
