Welcome to our HP Community forum!
[EDIT:] Your HP All-in-One 24-f1047c can be fitted with up to 2 x 8GB of DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks, such as one of these quality/affordable RAM kits:
According to the specs, your AIO can be fitted with one M.2 NVMe Gen3 x4 SSD and one 2.5-inch SATA SSD/HDD:
For best I/O performance, your primary (boot) drive should be the M.2 NVMe SSD such as this purchase option, and your secondary storage drive should be an SSD, such as this purchase option. There are no capacity limits for either drives in your AIO. If you need, say 4TB drives and you can afford it, you can do that.
Kind Regards,
