Will my Hp 17 AN053NR support a Nvme m.2 pcie 2tb ssd upgrade? It already comes with a Nvme 256gb ssd.

Yes it does support M2. NVMe SSD's You can use Crucial P1 or Samsung 970 EVO series of from other reliable vendors.
