Hello, i want to get information about replacing disks hdd to ssd nvme 2.0 at- HP Gaming Pavilion – 15-cx0007nw
Specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
2x 4GB Micron 2667MHz
My question:
My currently disk working terrible and really slow, so i want to exchange hdd to ssd nvme 2.0 but i'm not sure wheter that model can working with my laptop

Hi:
According to chapter 1 of the service manual, your notebook's M.2 slot supports both SATA and NVMe SSD's.
The Crucial P5 should work fine. I have one in a Dell Optiplex 7050 desktop. I like it a lot, but it runs rather hot.
I added a heat sink to it, and that cooled it down considerably (12 C).
You will probably not have the clearance to add a heat sink to the SSD in your notebook.
You may also want to consider the new Samsung 980. Read the reviews...
