Hi team,

I would really appreciate if you could help me to fix the issue that I am having currently with my new upgraded ram, I cannot upgrade the memory speed from 2933 to 3200. As after entering BIOS the advanced option where I can enable XMP is being locked...

This is unexpectable, cause I've spent money on a machine which I OWN, and I should be able to enable it to use the full potential of my RAM.

I wouldn't have spent money on a new ram or either buy this machine if I knew the BIOS are locked...

HOW CAN I ENABLE XMP ON MY LAPTOP...

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!

Its specs

It has  16 GB DDR4-2933 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB) and will run at that speed even you can install higher speed RAM, no other option.

Regards.
