Your laptop does not have a Bios compatible with Xmp, you should not use that type of memory, the device cannot recognize it and most likely it will run at a lower frequency than the processor supports.

I checked Crucial's 4800Mhz chips and they were running on 3840MHz. 
Also if not the g skill ones, can you suggest something ?

crucial has many models, you should buy memories without xmp and cl 40
