I'm looking to upgrade my Laptop "HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 16-a0xxx" RAMs memory and also looking to use an extra storage system.
But I have some questions for this -
1 - What's the max frequency for RAM memory (Mhz) that this laptop might run? Actually I'm at 16Gb (x2 8Gb 1333/1600Mhz).
I'm wondering if I could set x2 16Gb 3200Mhz Corsair Vengeance (DDR4 Of course)
2 - I must enable XMP to be able to enjoy this upgrade? If that's the case, how do I do it?
3 - I want to add some extra storage. I know nearly nothing about NVMe tech, still I would like to give it a shot since It's the most modern (Don't know if I may be wrong). But:
3.1 - Does my laptop support NVMe?
3.2 - Can I add an extra NVMe altogether with my actual SSD or must I change it?
3.3 - Is there a specific size or gen (2,3,4) for my laptop?

Actually the answer wasn't helpfull at all. And please don't misunderstand me, not trying to be rude or ungrateful.
I had to do this research on my own. I Was succefull and actually learned some new things. Allow me to answer myself in case anyone else ever need this.
1 - Yeah, I know my toy default specs, but as I stated, I'm not at the default RAM setup, actually I'm at 16Gb (x2 8Gb 1333/1600Mhz). Exactly as you mention, the answer here is:
"Single channel would run at around 1450MHz. You can install 3200MHz RAM but it run at 2933MHz"
Note: For this model, It must be DDR4.
2 - Laptop's aren't meant for overclocking or tweaking settings in many cases. No control over XMP is pretty common unfortunately. If you ever upgrade your RAM and it's reported as half of it's clockspeed, that's because it is DDR4 (Double Data Rate Version 4, which basically means 1333(that might be reported)x2=2666mhz).
3 - This one might be contradictory, because, yeah I know the toy specs, but also stated that I know almost anything about NVMe. One of the facts that I didn't knew is that actually my SSD is NVMe by default, so "512GB NVMe SSD" makes sense now for me.
3.1 - Yeah!
3.2 - No, you can't add another NVMe SSD since theres only 1 slot and it is occupied by default. It could be upgraded but you have disable Optane and use upto 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD with PCIe Gen 3 (:
Note: Fundamentally, Optane Memory is a form of disk caching. The idea is to provide users with the fast data access of SSDs combined with the high capacity of HDDs. Of course, Optane Memory can be used with an SSD as well, but for purposes of this answer I'll just say HDD for the slower mass storage.
3.3 - NVMe technology utilises the PCIe bus, instead of the SATA bus. For this toy PCIe bus is 3.0 (Gen3).
3.4 (Extra Info) - Since what I wanted is an upgrade, 3.2 is an option, but also we could use Sata bus and add a 2.5" HDD/SSD to your toy and this will allow you to have more storage without touching your NVMe SSD.

The specs of your machine is

1. It has 8 GB DDR4-2933 SDRAM (2 x 4 GB) dual channels for single channel it would run at around 1450MHz. You can install 3200MHz RAM but it run at 2933MHz
2. No XMP option on your machine
3. It has Intel 512 GB Intel® SSD on a single usnit with Optane + 512GB NVMe SSD.
3.1 as above
3,2 You have to change,
3.3 If you wish to change, you have to use Intel Or Disable Optane and use upto 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD with PCIe Gen 3.
