HP Recommended
Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downgrade from win 11 to win 10 via fresh clean install, start using the laptop for 2 weeks (gaming), i got this VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR (BSOD) problem just 5-7 minutes after starting a game (any game using GPU).

I have tried:

1. Uninstall GPU Driver via DDU
2. run sfc scan
3, run DISM scan
4. check registry
5. update again to win 11
6. rollback again to win 10
7. Upgrade PC via Windows 10 media creation tool (it fixed just for a day, then the next day i started playing games, the VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR problem came back again)

Guys, technician or not, official from HP or not, I need your help
