Hi i buyed directly from hp store and say " tear-free" so panel must have freesync/gsync right?

In the Nvidia control panel there is no gsync option either with driver from hp site (old 1 year) neither from new driver from nvidia driver download page.

 

Someone help me.

 

Called hp support with no luck! 😞

Yes reading now this HP RESERVED DOCUMENT say clearly that PANEL HAS NOT GSYNC

 

But IN THE OFFICIAL HP STORE PRODUCT PAGE  IT SAY "TEAR FREE" =  GSYNC OR FREESYNC PANEL

 

SMART MOVE HP SMART MOVE HP!!! BUT NOT SMARTER THAN I AM!!!!!
