This is the true story from my experience buy hp product
So at 10th October 2024 I bought hp laptop (Victus Gaming Laptop 16-r1206TX ) from official distributor in Indonesia. The price I got was around 1161,10 USD. The stuff arrive at 15th October, during usage until day 14, no issues emerged. But on the 15th day when I was playing Valorant, the screen flickered and the GeForce Experience issue couldn't be opened. I want to open bios to open safe mode but screen still flickering, this proves that LCD is in defective condition. So I come to the hp service center to claim warranty. The CS give me information that LCD must be replaced. In this moment I felt annoyed buying this product, because with normal use without any problems after using it for 15 days, defects appeared in the LCD components. After 3 days waiting LCD replacement, hp service center provide more information, that the issue with the geforce experience occurs in the VGA and must have to replace the motherboard part. From that information, I feel very annoyed with the products made by HP and the services provided. HP ARE YOU JOKING TO ME? WHY ARE YOU GIVING JUNK TO YOUR CUSOMERS?
