Product: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a victus by hp gaming laptop 15-fa0000 and i am having a boot problem. When I press the power button I get nothing no fans no keyboard light no anything other than a flashing led on the power button. When I press it to turn it on i get 1 second on then 5 seconds off and 5 seconds on repeating with no fan or antthing. All the USBs still give power. I've followed all the instructions here https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_3932413-2337994-16 with no results and i've tested all the removeable parts other than the battery and motherboard. I just want some assitance in fixing my friends laptop for him.
