Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000 (2V8U5AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a quite new HP victus laptop but it have some problem on the cooling fan. When I start the computer it always shows "system fan-90B: the system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly" and will shut down in 15 seconds.

In fact the right cooling fan (probably GPU cooling fan) have a slower rotating speed than another fan, and when I play online games for a longer time, the laptop tends to overheat. I try to open my laptop but find nothing like dust that could block the cooling fan, So the cooling fan itself may have some problem.

My laptop is still in warranty, so how could I repair it, should I send it to a repairing center?

I tried to clean the cooling fan, and also try to perform a hard reset, but the error still exist. The BIOS is already the newest version. I think the cooling fan itself must have some problem, and how can I replace the fan, by sending my laptop to a certain repair center?
