Hey guys,
Having issues with my Victus laptop. I clicked update and shut down in an A/C conditioned room and went to bed. I woke up to find some sort of meltdown between the ESC, F1, #1 buttons. Check the image.
Why did this happen? It's SO bizzare. I installed new RAM in October 2023, and laptop has been running superbly well. It's been 5 months after the upgrade, so it's definitely not that cause if it was, I would have seen something WAY sooner than 5 months. Some heating while playing games but never too serious which I can call "normal" for a gaming laptop.
Any clues as to what happened?
Already set up warranty check up with HP on Monday, but would appreciate any help.
