The page stop working so im putting it here, Notebook Gamer HP Pavilion number product sn# [edited] Windows 11
tpday my computer showed a error called “WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (0x124)”, i contact HP virtual assistant, microsoft support, everything and my pc still shows a black screen, it doesn’t respond to anything, the BIOS doesn’t work, the UEFI doesn’t work, the RAM resetimg tip doesn’t work, i really need help on what should i do at this point or let me know (if you’re from chile) where do i have to go to get my pc repared !!!

Sorry to hear that—if your HP Pavilion won’t boot into BIOS or UEFI after a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, it may indicate a critical hardware failure (often motherboard or CPU). Since basic resets didn’t help, I recommend contacting HP Chile support directly or visiting an authorized HP service center. You can find locations here: https://support.hp.com/cl-es/ EZPassIL. Hii, thanks for your advice! Today my parents took our pc to an HP building and they said our pc has a chance of not recovering but they said they would do a diagnostic to know whats the problem, so we have to wait for some notice, they said if the pc has a solution, it would take 18-20 days to repair it but still has a chance of not recovering
