Hi everyone,
I'm trying to get support for a pretty frustrating issue with my HP warranty.
On the official HP website, under the warranty check section, it shows the following (screenshot attached):
Coverage type: Factory warranty
Service type: Warranty Hardware Maintenance Off-Site
Status: Expired
Start date: September 30, 2024
End date: September 30, 2024
Remaining time: Warranty Expired
So, according to HP, the warranty started and ended on the same day?
I bought the PC in July 2023, and the warranty should still be valid, since in Italy the legal warranty period is 2 years.
I’ve already submitted a warranty dispute request to have this checked, but it’s been 5 days and I haven’t received any response or update.
I’d like to ask, how long does it usually take to get a reply?
I need assistance with my PC, but until the warranty issue is resolved, I’m stuck.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
