Hello, HP Community.
Have submitted warranty dispute form, but no response yet. Warranty is needed because the battery is dead. HP Assistant says cycle count is good, but needs replacing. Computer will not operate on battery, charger only. Have been using the computer for school, communication for work and family, social networking, and gaming. As a health care worker, understand that we are still all adjusting to the temporary new norm.
Please help in resolving this issue quickly.

Sorry, but we are only volunteers here which, like you, utilize HP products. We are not permitted to intervene in warranty disputes as that is between you and HP.
