Hp Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased Hp Omen I noticed a rattling sound in the fan. Due to corona virus lockdown it was very difficult to contact the customer service in town and my reseller was not available so I checked online for solutions regarding this issue and i came across an aswer on the hp support that stated “ the warranty would not void by default if you open the computer or change the components, but if any issues happen due to the new component or when the computer is opened, that will oid the warranty

The sound of my laptop was like the right fan was hitting something when it turns, so after reading this andwer i tried to open carefully the laptop to see if any wire or piece is displaced and hitting the fan, I didn’t touch anything nothing looked wrong so i closed the lid

regards,

stay safe
