Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to know the repair status of my laptop which was delivered to an Hp service centre. I can't ask an hp agent directly because live chat option is not showing for some reason. Only virtual assistant comes up. So, my product number is [Personal Information Removed].
