Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B5AV)

Hello! This is a follow up to my previous question, in which I asked if my PC had a cmos. Now I am wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this error apart from replacing the computers regular battery. If there is nothing I can do, is there at least an official place to purchase a replacement main battery?

HP parts store normally does NOT stock spare batteries. You have to search from Amazon, Newegg, ..... eBay
