I found both of these models on eBay selling for the same price and don't know which one to buy.  I checked and could not find any difference(s) between the two configurations from HP Product Info links above.  Anybody has any clue?

Most likely they are the same machine with different colors

I recently saw these same 2 on Ebay as well. Been looking for one for my daughter. And after a couple hours of digging around, Walmart.com gave me 3 answers as to the difference between them. The 15dk0051wm lists a 10hr battery life, maximum ram supported is 32gb, and cost $710.00. The 15dkoo68wm lists a 8hr battery life, maximum ram supported is 16gb, and costs $649.99.  So it would seem going by what they listed, the 15dk0051wm would be the better deal. Being that it supposedly  supports more ram and supposedly has a longer battery life. Those were the only differences I could find. Otherwise, they're pretty identical.
