Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L1AV)

Hello,

I recently started using OMEN Gaming Hub and encountered a Realtek adapter error.

I followed the instructions provided in the error message and reinstalled/updated the OMEN SDK package directly through the recommended link. I have also checked Windows Update, and my system is fully up to date.

However, I am still receiving the same error message with the same troubleshooting instructions.

Since the recommended steps have not resolved the issue, I would like to ask for further assistance in fixing this problem.

HP Recommended

Uninstall omen gaming hub completely and restart your laptop. Then download and install omen gaming hub from Microsoft store and check if issue got fixed.
