Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Fully updated bios and drivers. Opening any game drops cpu to .39 speed, also happens randomly when using laptop. Changed out laptop charger, fixed it for a little bit now problem arises again.
