Whenever I play any game on my 2019 hp omen 15t it heats a lot

Whenever I play game on my 2019 hp Omen it heats a lot , the command centre shows temperature of nearly 98°C. Also after switching fan to max the temp. fluctuates between 97 and 98. But the GPU temperature remains normal like 65 or 72°C depending on type of game. 

It heats a lot although it has

nvidia GeForce GTX 1650

I7-9th gen

16gb ram

Is there any solution to prevent this or should I go to 

HP care ?

I have a 2019 17" Omen with the RTTX 2070, all 6 cpu's even at idle, are running max speed, any load will cause the computer to throttle.  This is the second laptop within the last two weeks that does this.  Check you computer without any thing running, at idle and check what the Speed looks like, using the Windows task manager, performance monitor
