Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was recently looking to purchase an omen 16 and i came across a hp omen 16-wf0032tx . 

It had an i9 13900hx and an rtx 4060

 

I looked for more info but i found similar omen 16s with the same cpu but with 4080s, i failed to find an i9 13gen 4060 on the internet. 

I need help looking for info on the model and whatnot
